Is coaching like therapy?
Yes and no:
Yes in the sense it’s mostly talk-based, no in the sense that in coaching is more practical than therapy: we can talk about your past and your emotions, but we’ll always figure out how to apply what you discover into pragmatic next steps to get you more of what you want in your personal life.
What kind of men do you work with?
In my work as a coach I work with all kinds of gay and bi men.
In EVOLVE, my premium coaching container, most of my clients are business owners, corporate professionals, entrepreneurs or artists — but that’s definitely not a rule.
Do you offer tailor-made coaching containers?
I offer this 3-month container because it’s one of the most effective formats that leads to lasting change. I can sometimes consider alternative formats, subject to availability.

What specific areas can we work on?
I work with gay and bi men on basically every aspect of building strong and fulfilling personal relationships — as well as plenty of “life coaching” topics also.
I work with men looking for a partner, who want to deepen an existing relationship, or just who are going through a major transition and want support navigating it.
Once approved for the program, we’ll discuss your specific needs and goals at length in your initial discovery call.
What qualifications do you have for this work?
I’m a certified professional coach trained through an ICF-accredited program, which means I bring structure, ethics, and proven methodology to all my work. But just as importantly, I bring lived experience, creativity, and deep cultural insight.
As a musician, writer, teacher, and the author of Boys Who Like Boys — a popular self-help guide for gay men — I’ve spent years exploring the emotional lives of queer men both creatively and as a coach.
This unique combination allows me to support clients with a rare mix of emotional depth, creative perspective, and practical tools — all grounded in a deep understanding of gay and bi men’s inner worlds.
Are the sessions confidential?
Of course. Our sessions are held privately on Zoom or the phone. We talk about whatever you want in full confidentiality.
