Course Access Terms and Conditions

This agreement exists exclusively between us, Earth Sign Enterprises Ltd (DBA “Better Gay Dating”), and you, an individual accessing our courses or other educational or personal development resources.
1. Rights and Responsibilities
i) Enrolling in one or more of our courses gives you access to a library of specific video, audio and/or written content. This content and any additional resources we offer are on an “as is” basis, without warranty of any kind.
ii) The courses are offered as educational and personal development resources, and you understand that they do not contain medical, legal, psychological or mental health advice, nor are we qualified to offer such services.
iii) While these courses are designed to help you gain valuable relationship knowledge and skills, you understand we cannot guarantee any particular relationship outcome or result from taking the courses, and you accept full personal responsibility for any decisions you make as a result of engaging with these courses.
iv) To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability arising from your use of our courses shall be limited to the amount you paid to access them.
v) If you are under 18 or below the legal age of majority in your country or territory, you confirm you have the permission of your parent or guardian before enrolling in any of our courses.
2. Access and Payments
i) Our courses are typically accessed by purchasing lifetime access to individual courses, or subscribing on a monthly or annual basis to access some or all of our course portfolio.
ii) “Lifetime access” means access to your purchased courses for as long as they remain commercially available through our course portal, including a guaranteed minimum of 12 months’ access from your initial purchase date. We reserve the right to alter the format, location or systems that allow access to these courses as necessary, and will keep you informed of any changes.
iii) All course purchases are non-assignable and non-transferrable. You must not share your account login details with anyone else, or share the course video materials with anyone else.
iv) Our courses and related content remain the intellectual property of Earth Sign Enterprises Ltd, and under copyright law your right to access them does not include the right to reproduce, edit, modify, distribute, assign, sublease or exploit them, for commercial purposes or otherwise.
v) You will receive immediate access to your course materials after purchase. Every purchase is covered by our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee: if you wish to cancel your course access within fourteen calendar days after purchase, you may contact us to receive a full refund. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
vi) Purchasing lifetime access includes access to all future course updates or expansions at no extra cost, though we are not obligated to update course materials on any specific schedule.
vii) Some course purchases are offered on an agreed payment plan. Payment plans give full course access from your initial payment, but failure to pay any subsequent installment on time may result in your course access being revoked without refund of any earlier payment.
viii) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your course access immediately and without refund where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms and Conditions.
3. This Agreement
i) This agreement is subject to the laws of England and Wales. It contains all terms and exists independently of and supersedes any statement made by Earth Sign Enterprises Ltd orally or in writing, on the website, in any brochure or elsewhere. This is the entire agreement between both parties.
ii) From time to time we may update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will not materially reduce your rights in relation to courses already purchased without your explicit consent.
