Queer Men's Circle: Terms and Conditions

Our Queer Men’s Circle events have a few simple ground rules:

• The circles are a safe and inclusive space, so you should treat everyone in that space with respect and generosity.
• It’s important to respect the confidentiality of everyone in that space, so you won’t share details of what is talked about with anyone outside of the circle.
• You’ll join the circle on time from a quiet, private space. Late admission can’t be guaranteed.
• If you can no longer attend your booked event, you can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your booked event starts.

You also accept that:

• The event is an opportunity to connect and share with like-minded men. It is not therapy or counselling, and any information you receive in the circle should not be taken as medical, psychological or legal advice.
• You are responsible for choices made of your own volition and you will not hold any other participants of the circle responsible for your choices or the consequences of those choices.
• I reserve the right to remove anyone from any circle event at any time and without refund where I believe their continued presence would be detrimental to other participants. This includes banning participants from future events. 
• While I’ll make every effort to make the circle a respectful and confidential space, I can’t be held responsible if other participants fail to adhere to these terms and conditions.
• If I need to make changes to the event because of factors outside of my control, I’ll keep you informed and give you as much notice as possible.
• Circle tickets are strictly non-refundable, though you can reschedule your booking as above.
